My name is Tatiana Novoselskiy, and I’m the CEO, Co-Owner, and Co-Founder of Nextdoor Wellness and Med Spa. I was born in Moldova and moved to the United States in 2004 in search of opportunity, growth, and a life where passion and purpose could come together. That journey has shaped not only who I am, but also the vision and values behind this business.

I started this clinic with the desire to create something truly different—a space where wellness feels personal, welcoming, and inclusive. While many spas and wellness centers traditionally focus on women, I saw a gap in care for men in the Tri-Cities. That’s why I made it a priority to offer a wide variety of services for men as well. Everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care that helps them feel and look their best—regardless of gender.
As a leader, I believe in leading by example. I'm hands-on in the daily operations, always advocating for both my team and our patients. Supporting and empowering my employees is just as important to me as delivering exceptional experiences for those we serve. A strong, cared-for team naturally creates an environment where patients feel the same level of respect and attention.

Dr. Wright
Dr. Jason Wright is a highly skilled Cosmetic Surgeon with extensive experience in the Cosmetic and Regenerative fields. Since 2014, he has been dedicated to providing exceptional cosmetic and regenerative expertise to his patients. Along with his team, he offers a comprehensive range of full-body cosmetic surgery and med spa services, including injectables, lasers, and advanced skin care treatments.

Dr. Wright completed his undergraduate degree at Washington State University before pursuing his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. Following the completion of medical school, he embarked on a rigorous General Surgery and Trauma residency in Detroit, MI. To further refine his skills and broaden his knowledge, Dr. Wright sought additional training in Salt Lake City, UT, where he successfully completed a comprehensive fellowship in total body and face cosmetic surgery at Vincent Surgical Arts, accredited by the esteemed American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
In addition to his surgical training, Dr. Wright was fellowship trained in stem cell therapy by The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Throughout his training, he developed a passion for stem cells and is actively involved in stem cell research and treatments, focusing not only on regenerative medicine but also on cancer and a multitude of other debilitating illnesses. His passion for cosmetic surgery and his work with stem cells synergistically enhance the future of regenerative medicine, leading to the establishment of Northwest Stem Cell.
After completing his fellowship, Dr. Wright joined Vincent Surgical Arts, where he honed his expertise for an entire year before establishing his own medical practice. In 2015, he proudly opened Wright Surgical Arts in Tri-Cities, WA. With a state-of-the-art surgical center at his disposal, Dr. Wright specializes in full-body cosmetic surgery, providing transformative procedures for both the face and body.
